Does anyone know anything about the Citroen Centenary in Coventry at the end of May? The TOC is one of the organising clubs but I cannot find the web site to place an entry, if I had a 2cv I could enter but I don’t so I can’t. Any help appreciated.
Cheers
Richard
Richard,
if you go “up” one step from your post to view all the topics in “News and Events” you will find:
https://traction-owners.co.uk/forums/forum/news-events/
There you will see a post entitled “Citroen’s Centenary Celebration – Ladoux 19 – 21 July 2019” which has a lot of information.
The English version of the official website is here – https://en.citroencc.com/
and the English registration form is here :
https://citroencc.com/citroen-ticket-collec.php?language=change&setlangue=US
Please note:
1) Where the form asks for the “VIN Number” it actually requires the “Vehicle Registration”
2) Registration closes on 31st March – per my most recent post in the thread mentioned above !!!
B………………..
Please ignore my last post – I misread Richard’s entry. Sorry … and Bummox!
RE Coventry – At the moment we have no more information than has appearded in FP to-date. See Page 35 of Vol 43 Iss.1 (Jan/Feb 2109)
However, I do know things are progressing and I shall post breaking news here, as soon as I receive it.
Apologies again for my earlier abberation.

Richard you need to e mail citroen.centenary@gmail.com and register your interest for Coventry and they will let you know when the website goes live.
Having said that, there was supposed to be a discount for entries until Jan 31st, but unless the site goes live were unlikely to get it…..
RE my previous post, an email update has arrived with the following update from Nigel Wilde:
I’m pleased to say that we now have 141 people (and increasing by the day) registered for updates and booking information, all of whom have been individually acknowledged and advised that as they registered their interest before 31 January they are eligible for the £35 early booking offer.
I didn’t copy it all, just the part relevant to my previous post 🙂
Thank for you response David. I sent an email several days ago and got no response but the latest TOC communication implies I am covered. I will just have to be patient.
Cheers
Richard
There is a Facebook page for the event that says the online booking system should go live on Feb 4th Richard. If you haven’t had a reply e mail yet don’t worry, there’s around 300 there working through but any pre registrations they get by Feb 1st will get the discount price of £35 though the advert states £45.
If you have access to Facebook the group is: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2299862476964766/
Thanks David I have had an email from Nigel Wilde now so panic averted. I had hoped to go on the Black Country Experience but not dog friendly, my other car was built in the Black Country.
Cheers
Richard

Great weekend was had by all who attended and a big thank you to the organisers for all the effort that was put into the event. Well done everyone.
Most of the pictures/videos are on Facebook but if you don’t have access to FB, Julian Marsh has a nice selection on Citronet http://www.citroenet.org.uk/phototheques/jw-100/cp1.html?fbclid=IwAR0bhe9cKSznFiZ7FBhmKLFJyPRrRql_lCF1Golf91EJj9d_Q07plw0EDOU
