Each Section has its own Events Diary with regular meetings for social contact and  technical discussion.

If there is no section in your area and you would like to start one please contact  the social secretary

National events are held with an annual rally organised in a different part of Britain each year, attracting some 60 cars.

Stands are taken at  Classic Car Shows including at the N.E.C., Birmingham.  European tours are also arranged, especially in France where we join with fellow French “Tractionists”.

Northern Section

– Club tools available

Section Representative: Bryan Pullan

Lancs PR6

Tel: 07513 362202

Due to the fact that Northern Section members  are spread over several counties, a regular evening meeting is often difficult to coordinate and we tend instead to meet up at the monthly breakfast events which take place at the Corner House pub at Wrightington, near Standish, which also provides the additional interest of up to a hundred other classic and vintage cars. These informal meetings run from April through to October on the first Sunday of the month, starting at about 9.30 a.m. and going though until lunchtime and we look forward to seeing you there. We also are present at other events throughout the year.

Other Meetings/Events

August 12th – Stoneyhurst Classic car Show

Sept 2nd – Festival of 1000 classic cars at Cholmondeley.

Lots of events in the North of England – email for more information and to find out who is going to which ones.

Julian has recent moved to West Wales and is hoping to form a social section in the area. A meeting is planned at the Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells on Saturday 1st September at 11.30am. The purpose will be to discuss amongst ourselves what we would like to do. Obviously there are a variety of possibilities and we should try to break these down into what is practical, bearing in mind the large distances between members.
