Non-Members - £4.00

Payment with order in £Sterling for the full amount and can be either:
 - a £Sterling cheque drawn on a UK Bank
 - a Credit/Debit card (Visa or Mastercard)

Example: 2 copies to non-TOC member in USA would be 2 x £4.00 + £4.26 = £12.26 (approx USD$24.50)

For Credit/Debit Card payments you must also provide the following:
 - Credit/Debit Card Number
 - Cardholder Name (as shown on card)
 - Valid from date
 - Valid to date
 - 3 digit security code/CVV from signature panel on reverse of card
 - confirmation that delivery address is also the address of the cardholder or the delivery address
    to which the calendar is to be posted
